No Return / No Exchange Policy

Ishika Trends follows a strict no return and no exchange policy once the product has been delivered.

Returns will be considered only in cases of genuine damage, provided the customer submits a clear, continuous video of the package being opened. The video must start with the parcel in a sealed condition and clearly show the damage upon opening.

Any damage-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with the required opening video proof. Claims without valid video evidence will not be accepted.
