RETURN AND DAMAGE POLICY

At Ishika Trends, every product undergoes thorough quality inspection before being packed and dispatched. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Damage Policy.

No Return Policy

All purchases made on Ishika Trends are final. Once an order has been delivered, it is not eligible for return under any circumstances.

No Exchange Policy

Ishika Trends does not offer exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to size issues, fitting concerns, color preferences, style selection, or change of mind after purchase.

Customers are advised to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and images before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Products

Although we take utmost care in packaging, in rare cases a product may arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, the following conditions apply:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be considered.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A clear and continuous opening video showing the damage is mandatory for verification.

Verification & Resolution

Once the required evidence is submitted, our team will review the claim. After verification, Ishika Trends reserves the sole right to determine the appropriate resolution.

Resolutions may include a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit, where applicable. No cash refunds will be issued.

Claim Rejection

Any claim that does not meet the conditions mentioned above may be rejected without exception. Ishika Trends reserves the right to deny claims that fail to comply with this policy.
